Nach Miracle Flair enterten FlowerLeaf die Bühne des Kubanas. Die Band stammt zur Hälfte aus Deutschland und aus Brasilien. Den Gesang hat die brasilianische Sängerin Vivs Takahashi inne. Der Sound, der beim Opener noch etwas zu wünschen übrig ließ, war nun deutlich besser, so dass die Songs klarer das Publikum erreichten. Ich kannte die Band vorher nicht, wurde aber speziell durch Vivs‘ gesangliche Wechsel zwischen Growls, Klar- und opernhaften Gesang getoucht. Eine Band, die man auf dem Zettel haben sollte.
Ich muss mir unbedingt das Full Length Debüt Dreamerie zulegen.
Following Miracle Flair, FlowerLeaf took the stage at Kubanas. Half of the band members are from Germany and the other half from Brazil. The vocals are handled by Brazilian singer Vivs Takahashi.
The sound, which had left something to be desired during the opener, was now significantly better, allowing the songs to reach the audience more clearly. I hadn’t heard of the band before, but I was particularly moved by Vivs’ vocal shifts between growls, clean vocals, and operatic singing. A band to keep an eye on.
I absolutely have to get their full-length debut, Dreamerie.
Depois dos Miracle Flair, os FlowerLeaf subiram ao palco do Kubanas. Metade dos membros da banda é originária da Alemanha e do Brasil. A voz principal é da cantora brasileira Vivs Takahashi.
O som, que na abertura ainda deixava um pouco a desejar, estava agora visivelmente melhor, de modo que as músicas chegaram com mais clareza ao público. Eu não conhecia a banda antes, mas fiquei especialmente impressionado com as variações vocais da Vivs entre growls, canto limpo e canto operístico. Uma banda que vale a pena ficar de olho.
Tenho mesmo de comprar o álbum de estreia completo, Dreamerie.
