In Extremo wieder auf Burgentour und natürlich machten sie auch Halt auf Burg Satzvey bei Mechernich. Im Gepäck zwei Supportbands. Einmal Fabula, zum anderen Doppelbock als Opener, die mit ihrer Musik mal so gar nicht in das Package passten. Ich würde die Mucke als Sauf-Punk bezeichnen, also alles andere als Mittelalter Rock. Trotzdem räumten die Jungs ab und machten jede Menge Stimmung, was ja Aufgabe von Supportbands ist. Also alles im grünen Bereich.
In Extremo was back on their castle tour, and of course they stopped at Satzvey Castle near Mechernich. They brought two opening acts with them: Fabula and Doppelbock, who, with their music, didn’t really fit into the lineup at all. I’d describe their music as “drinking punk”—in other words, anything but medieval rock. Still, the guys rocked the house and got the crowd going—which is exactly what support bands are supposed to do. So everything was fine.
