Wenn ne handvoll Lolitas gecastet werden und dann als Band vermarktet werden, bei denen jeder Charakter jederzeit austauschbar ist, dann habe ich persönlich ein Problem damit. Babymetal sind das Negativ-Paradebeispiel aus Fernost, und die auf der Louder Stage auftretenden Japanerinnen Broken By The Scream ein reiner Death Metal/Metalcore Abklatsch. Ich kann diesem durchchoreografierten Rumgehopse wirklich rein gar nichts abgewinnen. Wer sich jetzt fragt, warum ich mir das dann angetan habe: ich wollte mir selber ein Bild machen und nicht nur irgendwelche Statements nachplappern.
When a handful of Lolitas are cast and then marketed as a band where every member is interchangeable at any time, I personally have a problem with that. Babymetal is the prime negative example from the Far East, and the Japanese band Broken By The Scream, performing on the Louder Stage, is nothing but a death metal/metalcore knockoff. I really can’t get anything out of this overly choreographed jumping around. For anyone wondering why I put myself through this: I wanted to form my own opinion and not just parrot some random statements.
ほんの一握りのロリータをオーディションで選んでバンドとして売り出し、しかもメンバーのキャラクターがいつでも入れ替え可能だなんてことになれば、個人的には到底納得できない。ベイビーメタルは極東における典型的な悪例であり、ラウダー・ステージで出演した日本のバンド「Broken By The Scream」は、単なるデスメタル／メタルコアの二番煎じに過ぎない。この振り付けだらけの飛び跳ねには、本当に何の魅力も感じられない。なぜわざわざそんなものを観に行ったのかと疑問に思う人もいるだろうが、単に誰かの意見を鵜呑みにするのではなく、自分の目で確かめたかったからだ。
