Tag 2 beim Der Detze Rockt Festival. Die Temperaturen am Vortag waren ein Scheiß zu dem, was heute auf Bands, Fans und Orga einbrechen sollte. 39 °C… Aber wenigstens heute kein Unwetter.
Zu dieser wahrlich unchristlichen Zeit (13:00), stiegen Sadistic Goatmessiah aus NrW auf die Bühne. Fast wäre Gittarrist/Sänger Uwe Löllemann nicht rechtzeitig on Stage gewesen, denn er lief kurz vor Beginn noch im Infield rum, und als er in den Backstage Bereich wollte, verwehrte ihm die Security den Zugang. So musste er sich schnell noch „warmlaufen“ um bei Schlag 13:00 Uhr auf der Bühne zu sein. Spaß ist, wenn man trotzdem lacht.
Day 2 at the Der Detze Rockt Festival. The temperatures the day before were nothing compared to what was in store for the bands, fans, and organizers today. 39 °C… But at least there was no storm today.
At this truly ungodly hour (1:00 p.m.), Sadistic Goatmessiah from North Rhine-Westphalia took the stage. Guitarist/vocalist Uwe Löllemann almost didn’t make it on stage in time, because he was still wandering around the infield shortly before the show started, and when he tried to enter the backstage area, security denied him access. So he had to quickly “warm up” to make it on stage at 1:00 p.m. sharp. It’s fun when you laugh anyway.
