H\u00e4tten sich Axe Victims<\/strong> in den Achtzigern nicht von Plattenfirmen und „Beratern“ in die Irre f\u00fchren lassen und ihren Bandnamen behalten, anstatt ihn in Universe<\/strong> zu \u00e4ndern, und nicht auf einen Major Deal gewartet, h\u00e4tte es die Wuppertaler Band zu einer der richtungsweisenden Bands der erste deutschen Metal Welle bringen k\u00f6nnen.
\nGut, Fehler gemacht, aber mit der Reunion im letzten Jahr: Fehler definitiv ausgeb\u00fcgelt.
\nDie Live-Sets der Band sind immer ohne Ausnahme hochkar\u00e4tig, die Mucke eing\u00e4ngig und von hohem Niveau, und das Stage Acting eine Darstellung absoluter Spielfreude.
\nUnd so war es eher eine rhetorische Frage, ob Axe Vixtims<\/strong> zu so fr\u00fcher und hei\u00dfer Tagesstunde beim Sicking High Rock<\/strong> das Publikum mitrei\u00dfen k\u00f6nnen. Sie konnte, und wie!! Die Leute im Publikum, die schon etwas \u00e4lter waren und die Deb\u00fctplatte kennen oder ihr Eigen nennen, sangen lauthals alle Songs mit.
\nSo muss ein geiles Konzert sein!<\/p>\n

Had Axe Victims not been misled by record companies and \u201cadvisors\u201d in the eighties and kept their band name instead of changing it to Universe and not waited for a major deal, the Wuppertal band could have become one of the trend-setting bands of the first German metal wave.<\/em>
\nWell, mistakes were made, but with last year’s reunion: mistakes definitely ironed out.<\/em>
\nThe band’s live sets are always top-class without exception, the music is catchy and of a high standard, and the stage acting is a display of absolute joy of playing.<\/em>
\nAnd so it was more of a rhetorical question as to whether Axe Vixtims could sweep the audience away at such an early and hot hour of the day at Sicking High Rock. They could, and how! The people in the audience, who were a bit older and knew or owned the debut album, sang along to all the songs at the top of their voices.<\/em>
\nThis is what a great concert should be like!<\/em><\/p>\n
