Dass ich Wishbone Ash<\/strong> noch nie live gesehen, geschweige denn fotografiert habe, kann ich selber kaum glauben. Diesen misslichen Zustand konnte ich dann aber in der Bonner Harmonie<\/strong> beseitigen.
\nAufmerksam geworden bin ich Mitte der Siebziger durch das Album \u201eArgus<\/strong>\u201c und den Killer Song \u201eThe King Will Come<\/strong>\u201e. Erst viel sp\u00e4ter habe ich erfahren, dass die Briten Vorreiter der sich duellierenden Gitarren waren, was sp\u00e4ter unter anderem von Thin Lizzy<\/strong> und noch viel sp\u00e4ter im Heavy Metal von vielen Bands, federf\u00fchrend Iron Maiden<\/strong>, aufgegriffen wurde.
\nDementsprechend froh war ich, dass ich Wishbone Ash<\/strong> in der gut gef\u00fcllten Harmonie<\/strong> erleben durfte und konnte feststellen, dass die Musik der Jungs absolut zeitlos ist. Klasse!<\/p>\n

I can hardly believe that I have never seen Wishbone Ash live, let alone photographed them. But I was able to remedy this unfortunate situation at the Harmonie in Bonn.<\/em>
\nI became aware of them in the mid-seventies through the album \u201cArgus\u201d and the killer song \u201cThe King Will Come\u201d. It wasn\u2019t until much later that I learned that the British were pioneers of dueling guitars, which was later taken up by Thin Lizzy, among others, and even much later in heavy metal by many bands, especially Iron Maiden.<\/em>
\nI was therefore delighted to be able to experience Wishbone Ash in the well-filled Harmonie and could see that the guys\u2018 music is absolutely timeless. Great!<\/em><\/p>\n
