Metal Battle<\/strong> Gewinner Witchlords<\/strong> aus Belgien wurden als Speed Metal Band angek\u00fcndigt, deren Wurzeln und Vorbilder bei Bands wie Helloween<\/strong> oder Gamma Ray<\/strong> liegt. Das lie\u00df mich aufhorchen und ich erhoffte mir eine Vollbedienung durch die Antwerbener Band. Aber leider war die Vorfreude bei mir nur von kurzer Dauer. Hatte ich gehofft, musikalische Anleihen der oben genannten Deutschen Speerspitze des Power Metals dargeboten zu bekommen, so wurde ich entt\u00e4uscht. Der Sound war auf Grund der nicht vorhandenen zweiten Gitarre extrem d\u00fcnn, die Songs nicht ausgereift, so dass auch die Resonanz des Publikums eher verhalten war.
